Love Knows No Borders - foreign students in our school carry out voluntary blood donation activities to show a tribe to Lei Feng

As the 59th  Memorial Day of Learning from Lei Feng approached, on the morning of March 4, 9 international students from our school went to the central blood bank of Changzhou to participate in voluntary blood donation activities, carrying forward the spirit of Lei Feng with practical actions.

In he activity, under the guidance of the staff, international students filled in the registration form, tested blood, and donated blood in an orderly manner. Everyone donated blood with enthusiasm and love, and warm blood carrying love slowly flowed into the blood storage bag. Seeing the foreign students participating in the voluntary blood donation, the staff at the scene gave them a thumbs up. Lin Fuyang, an international student from Laos, said: This is the first time I donate blood in China. I feel pretty good. I will continue to do this in the future. I want to say thank you to China and CZU for offering me such a good opportunity to study here Sha Nasha, an international student from Turkmenistan, said that when my blood flows into the bodies of Chinese friends, I feel that we are “families”.

This activity is the best interpretation of Lei Feng's spirit and the volunteer spirit of dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance, and progress. It proves that love has no borders with actions, and is conducive to promoting the education of  know China, be friendly to China, love China among international students, building the people-to-people bonds of countries along the “Belt and Road”.
