The international office is the functional department of the university in charge of foreign affairs. Its main responsibilities are:
1.Be responsible for formulating rules and regulations and development plans for international exchange and cooperation of the university;
2.Be responsible for the signing and management of cooperation agreements between the Changzhou University and foreign colleges and universities; Be responsible for the negotiation and implementation of international cooperative projects and exchange projects between the Changzhou University and foreign universities;
3.Be responsible for the planning and implementation of major foreign affairs activities of the university, coordinating departments and instructing the development of the foreign affairs activities of the university;
4.Be responsible for the reception and coordination of overseas cooperative college groups coming to visit and give lectures;
5.Manage or help relevant departments to manage the recruitment, evaluation and daily work of foreign teachers and expertise in teaching or cooperate in research;
6.Be responsible for drawing up the plans of overseas visits organized by the university and implementing relevant arrangements; Be responsible for materials review, declaration, and visit certificates and visa (endorsement) application of the university’s personnel who temporarily go abroad on business; To be responsible for the education and management of foreign affairs discipline of personnel who temporarily go abroad on business;
7.Be responsible for the enrollment, material review and daily management of international students;
8.Be responsible for exchange and cooperation activities with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan;
9.Be responsible for the approval, application and supervision of international / bilateral meetings held (including hosting and co-hosting) in the university.
