Changzhou University promotes the undergraduate teaching of international students graduated in 2022

On march 11, Changzhou University held the Undergraduate Teaching Work Meeting to mainly solve the problems of international students graduated in 2022. He Yanfeng  (director of the international office), Xue Bing (director of the academic affairs office), Lu Yi (vice director of the academic affairs office) , and vice deans and professional leaders of the relevant schools attended the meeting. Wang Ning,the vice director of the international office, presided over the meeting.

Wang Ning reports on the evaluation results of  graduate students of 2022 and introduces other universities’ policies and solutions, which were surveyed in advance, about how to conduct practical teaching for graduate students who are outside China. The vice deans of teaching and the deans of each major analyze the difficulties in the practical teaching of relevant majors and proposed suggested solutions.

Lu Yi analyzes the situation of undergraduate courses and HSK exams for international students, remindingschools to closely follow theteaching affairs in the last semester of graduate students of 2022 and proposing to reform the academic duration and HSK exams.

Xue Bing emphasizes that all schools should make full use ofonline teaching resources and practical teaching resources in foreign countries where the international students are located. At the same time schools should flexibly adopt new practical teaching forms such as simultaneous experiments for students and teachers and team experiments to complete practical teaching tasks with high standard.

He Yanfeng says that, the International Office will continue to  conductinvestigation of the difficulties encountered by overseas students in their undergraduate studies in a timely manner.On the basis of ensuring training quality, we will actively assist schools and students to contact foreign and online practical teaching resources to help international students solve difficulties related to the practical courses.

This meeting is to cultivate the brand of 'Study in Changzhou', and laid the foundation for further improving the quality of education for international students in Changzhou University.
