Changzhou University Regulations of Postgraduate International Students’ Publishing Academic Papers for Applying Master’s Degree

Article 1 Full-time international postgraduates in Changzhou University (hereinafter referred to as CCZU) shall publish academic papers or other academic results of corresponding research on specified domestic or foreign academic periodicals before defense of degree dissertation. The detailed requirements are as follows:

1. During the period of studying master degree, international postgraduates shall publish at least one academic paper in the related research direction of the degree dissertation on  provincial-level academic periodicals or above (publishing academic papers in foreign languages on foreign official periodicals is equivalent to publishing papers on provincial-level periodicals or above); or apply and publish a patented invention related to the research direction of degree dissertation.

2. The first institution signed on submitted papers or other academic results shall  be Changzhou University;

3. The first author of submitted papers or other academic results shall be the students, or the students shall be second author with corresponding tutors as first author.

Article 2 The academic papers, written by postgraduates and related to the research direction of degree dissertation, shall be reviewed and approved by corresponding tutors before submitted for publishing.

Article 3 These regulations shall go into effect on the date of issuance.

Article 4 Graduate school are in full charge of interpreting these regulations.
